Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about tickets, bookings, the Open Tasting, Gala Brunch, producers, press and volunteering.

Tickets and attendance

Can I attend if I am not a professional?

Yes. The Public Open Tasting is open to everyone. You may also request a place at the Gala Brunch or the complete SISGA experience.

What options and prices are available?

Complete SISGA experience: €350. Gala Brunch: €75. Open Tasting: €10. Each guided tasting: an additional €5.

Where can I buy or book?

Advance purchase or booking is currently requested from the organisers through the participation page. Confirmation is not automatic: the organisers check capacity and send written confirmation and payment instructions.

Does advance purchase guarantee entry?

Yes, once the organisers have confirmed the request. Advance purchase prevents places selling out, but does not represent a discount on the published price.

Does the €10 ticket let me taste every cider?

It includes tasting the participating ciders available during the Open Tasting, subject to stocks, times, capacity and responsible consumption.

Are guided tastings charged separately?

Yes. They cost an additional €5 each, require an Open Tasting ticket and a separate booking. Places are allocated strictly in registration order.

Can I buy cider at the event?

Yes. Direct sales of participating ciders are planned during the Open Tasting.

Can I attend only the Gala Brunch?

Yes. It may be booked separately for €75 per person, subject to availability.

Are places limited? Is there a waiting list?

The complete experience, Gala Brunch and guided tastings have limited places allocated in registration order. If an activity is full, the organisers will indicate whether a waiting list is available.

Are tickets named? What is the cancellation policy?

Before payment, the organisers will state whether the booking is named and the applicable change, cancellation and refund conditions. Review that confirmation before paying.

May minors attend?

Alcohol tasting and consumption are restricted to people aged 18 and over. Ask the organisers in advance about access conditions for accompanied minors.

Where and when is the Open Tasting?

Saturday 26 September, 12:00–15:00 and 17:00–20:00, in the Asturias Hall at the Conference Centre, Luis Adaro Exhibition Centre, Xixón.
