The International Jury is formed by one representative from each cider house taking part in SISGA. Its composition connects competition assessment with the producers and specialists attending the hall.
Ciders are assessed through blind tasting according to quality, expression, balance and suitability for their category.
The distinctions recognise the different levels of quality achieved by the participating ciders.
Entered ciders must be classified in one of the following categories.
SISGA offers two participation options: in-person participation in the 16th International Hall of Gala Ciders and SISGA Awards 2026, and remote participation only in the SISGA Awards 2026.
